“Very friendly staff and super accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff was very nice. We loss WIFI on and off. Shower did not have alot of pressure and water would not get hot. Room is small but very clean. The sheets and blankets were itchy to my husband and myself. We like we could park infront of our room and nobody above us. In a good location close to everything.”

“This was the 3rd time I’ve had a multi-night staye at this Loma Linda location, which is basically across the street from the Loma Linda Medical Center. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, and there are 3 other hotels in the complex, making the area feel even more safe and secure. The staff at this Holiday Inn Express is always very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast always has everything you need, but this last time the cardboard turkey sausage patties get a thumbs down, but everything else was just fine. Location is very convenient to the freeway. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel is a bit run down. I was out in a room that was very run down and didn’t have a working tv but then they changed me to a room that was updated a little. Appreciated that. Would not stay again just due to the condition of the hotel, the street noise that was clearly audible from the room, and that I felt a bit unsafe as a solo female (location on a busy road but a tad bit sketchy). Staff was very nice.”

“Room was good, just had issue with adjacent room noise as guests left their children in room by themselves for extended periods and pet they were not supposed to have and they were very loud and kept banging and hitting walls.”
